Please read the following terms & conditions of the Xtreme Footwear online service agreement carefully. By accessing the information on the Xtreme Footwear site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Contract Formation
Any order you make through the Xtreme Footwear website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
Colours and styles may occasionally vary slightly from the pictures on the website.
Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.
The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Xtreme Footwear has received your submitted shopping basket form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order.
Making a Purchase
All orders are to be paid in UK Pounds and payment is taken from your account once your order has been received by Xtreme Footwear.
You can order via the internet or by calling our office on 01527 501551.You can also order by post, paying by cheque or postal order payable to XTREME FOOTWEAR or cash. Our address can be found on the Contact Us page.
We recommend you send any cheques/postal orders or cash by recorded delivery as Xtreme Footwear cannot be held responsible for any loss.
Making a purchase off the Xtreme Footwear website could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items you wish to buy, then select your required size and quantity then click the button marked ‘Add to Basket’.
If you want to continue shopping you can do so by adding additional items into your basket. If you enter an item into your basket and no longer require it just click on the orange and white cross to remove the item out of the basket. Once you have completed your shopping click the ‘Checkout’ button.
You will then be asked to complete your address details that we need to be able to fulfil your order. We can deliver to an alternative contact/address but this MUST be specified at the time of order otherwise you will be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Finally you will be asked your preferred payment method, either with your credit/debit card using Paypal, RBS Worldpay OR by Cheque/Postal Orders or Cash.
Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent an order confirmation via email with your unique order number for your own records. Note if you choose to pay by Cheque/Postal Orders or Cash then remember to send off a copy of your order confirmation with the payment. Please allow at least 7 days for your payment to be cleared if paying by personal cheque.

Returns Policy
A full refund will be processed when non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods are returned within seven days of delivery but please note the original delivery charge is NOT REFUNDED.
Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned for refund more than seven days after delivery will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total purchase price including the delivery cost.
Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned more than seven days after delivery should be returned with their original packaging. In these circumstances, additional postage costs will be charged for replacement goods. You must also take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
PLEASE NOTE that returning goods under the cooling-off period allowed by the Distance Selling Regulations is at your cost unless we have supplied goods that are faulty or otherwise unsatisfactory.
Xtreme Footwear will not accept responsibility for loss of any product being returned by the customer, therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery . If you do not choose to use recorded delivery then it is imperative that you obtain a free certificate of postage which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any return parcels go astray.

PLEASE NOTE for returns outside the UK mainland the package must be clearly marked with the following statement RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED. If the package does not clearly state this then Xtreme Footwear may not be able to accept delivery of the return package and therefore unable to issue a refund.
